A representative from the Carroll County Sheriff's Department will lead this community information session focused on public safety in Carroll County.

Mark Your Calendar: General Council meetings are usually the 4th Thursday of the month at the Finksburg Branch of the Carroll County Public Library. Meetings begin at 7 PM. The November meeting is usually the 3rd Thursday.
Board meetings are usually held on the 2nd (1st) Wednesday of each month.

Directions to the Finksburg Branch Library:

The library is located at the corner of Old Westminster Pike and Green Mill Road, Finksburg, MD 21048. It is directly across the street from Sandymount Park.

Take Route 140 to the intersection at Green Mill Rd / Suffolk Rd. Turn South on Green Mill to the Stop sign, turn right on Old Westminster Pike. The Library is immediately to your left.
